About the assignment
We at Novare Bemanning are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. Right now, we are looking for a digital communicator for the Swedish Board of Agriculture in Jönköping.
At the agency, you will among other things develop a new digital platform, create and be responsible for a communication plan, help develop online training, write articles for the web, and work in Teams and Zoom to invite and be technically responsible for conducting webinars.
Requirements for the position
- University degree, for example, in media and communication or equivalent education and at least five (5) years of work experience from similar work.
- Good knowledge of digital communication and social media
- Knowledge and experience in web publishing tools (Sitevision, etc.)
- Knowledge in web analytics tools (for example, Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove, etc.)
- Knowledge of optimization and development of digital channels
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility for digital channels
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Ability to express oneself clearly and be confident in writing own articles for the web.
- Experience from public operations and the requirements it places on being impartial, clear, and able to tailor all forms of communication efforts to the target audience
- Experience with Teams and the ability to invite and be technically responsible for webinars.
- Experience in producing and editing videos as well as working with subtitling and other accessibility adaptations
- Ability to provide a reference from one (1) assignment demonstrating knowledge and experience in web development
- Ability to provide a reference from one (1) assignment demonstrating knowledge and experience in film production, editing, and publishing
Assignment period and scope
The assignment is 100% Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Start date is 2026-02-02 and the assignment runs until 2026-12-23.
